What to wear when heat waves roll in? We’re taking a cue from this fashionable look we found right here in the office.

Why we love it: Summer can be sweltering in the cities, but Grace manages to both look and stay cool with a light color palette. Her look is simply sophisticated and with a bold statement necklace in an eye-catching turquoise and gold, Grace effortlessly pulls off office chic without looking overdone.

Favorite places to shop: Grace loves visiting H&M, Target, and Urban Outfitters. But when 90 degree weather precludes any sort of shopping excursion, Grace checks out fashion websites such as asos.com and tobi.com. “[Tobi] has really great deals.”
What she loves about summer fashion: “The bright colors. All I wear in winter are black, brown, and grey.”
