There are some serious perks to having a job like mine, and even though I would consider myself in either the "out-of-the-loop" or "could-care-less" camps when it comes to celebrities, I would be lying if I said that I don't occasionally get excited when certain stars come to town.
Case-in-point: When I found out a few weeks back that Bethenny Frankel of the Real Housewives of New York City would be at Mall of America (she also made a stop at Corset Styling Boutique for a shopping party), I couldn't wait to meet her. I've never tuned in to any of the other Housewives for more than an episode, and can say definitively that Bethenny is a major part of the reason I religiously tune in to the New York Housewives. Her humor, honesty, and matter-of-fact sensibility make her much more real than most reality TV stars.
All that and she shares my penchant for healthy eating. I was lucky enough to score an interview with the reality TV star/ natural foods chef/ author—watch the video here.

Nice interview Melissa. Met her at Corset Boutique and reading the book. her approach makes so much sense and best concept yet - - Your Diet is a Bank Account. and your health and wellness is a long term investment.
