I, like you, am about to undergo one of the most exciting and crazy years of my life. I always thought the first week of my engagement would involve dreamy glances at my ring followed by a blissful state of calm.
Instead I’m fielding calls on the hour—every hour—from my mother, I have a daily tech lesson from my fiancé on how to upload documents to our “online wedding folder,” and my bridesmaids are keeping me very up-to-date on their bridal magazine findings.
(Though I do still manage to sneak a loving glance at my new bling every couple seconds, er, minutes.) Though I had no idea there was so much to do—in the first week!—I do love every second of it.
The next year is going to be one exciting rollercoaster, and I can’t wait to share as much of this exhilaration with you as possible on my new Real Bride blog. Are you ready? I sure am!
