Guests gathered at the new Hotel Minneapolis to sip and savor Bombay Sapphire, taking a trip around the world with Sapphire cocktails inspired by different countries where the botanicals that are used in producing Bombay Sapphire originate from–the Sapphire Madras from Morocco, the Collins from Italy, and the Ginger Mint Sapphire from China. In all, 100 lucky people were asked to attend the private event, sponsored by Bombay Sapphire and Mpls.St.Paul Magazine.
