This Sunday is the 2012 Summit Hill House Tour, a self-guided event that lets you peek into historic homes and gardens. This year there are 15 spaces, full of grandeur, including 977 Summit, a historic duplex that was remodeled by David Heide Design Studio and which won a RAVE award this year.
