The doors are open once again at the former Nola Home space in Bryn Mawr. Trappings has taken over the Penn Avenue storefront, but not much beyond the name is new. The shop is currently being treated as overstock for neighboring store Cockadoodledoo Gifts (head out the back door of Trappings and you’ll be right there), and its owner, who collects everything from record albums to neckties to vintage holiday decor. It’s a bit like the dream garage sale–with customer service and no digging for gems.  404 Penn Ave. S., Mpls.
