k.h. designs will be at n'etc during the Edina Art Fair

It’s a big festival weekend on both sides of the river: Edina Art Fair and Grand Old Day in St. Paul.  But don’t forget the boutiques behind the art and kettle corn stands–many have trunk shows and sales of their own going on this weekend. A few highlights:

• Poppy Togs and Clogs (just off Grand Avenue) hosts a Poppy Party with 20 new dress styles priced at less than $50. Visit for the first time, or bring someone new and get 10 percent off. Tonight, 6-10 p.m. 251 Snelling Ave. S., St. Paul

• This one isn’t at the festivals, but it’s a whopper of a bargain event: Mode is having a liquidation sale featuring big deals on two quality brands: Tea Collection for infants and toddlers and Australia LUXE women’s boots.
