What are some popular wedding jewelry trends for the winter wedding season?
Winter weddings always call for an extra added bit of glitz and glamor. With ice on the ground and snow in the air, winter brides are encouraged to wear big statement jewelry to stand out again the dramatic backdrop of the season. Winter brides tend to wear heavier gowns accented with wraps and stoles. Their jewelry needs to still speak amidst the extra layers. Statement necklaces have been the most noteworthy trend. Rows of diamonds, pearls, and glittering chains of platinum and gold help create a signature look for a winter bride.

What is the best advice you give brides when it comes to choosing jewelry for their big day?
Find something that feels special to you. The amazing thing about jewelry is that it tends to become an heirloom piece. Many brides will wear jewelry on their wedding day that has been passed down generation to the next.

How can a “something blue” piece be incorporated into jewelry?

Our current vintage collection features pieces such as aquamarine drop earrings and subtle sapphires worked into pins and right hand rings. The design work of the early 1900’s is romantic, whimsical, and perfect for any bride.

What is a subtle ways to add jewelry for the minimalist bride on a budget?
Pearls, they come in such a wide variety of prices, sizes and styles. Choose freshwater pearls for a big bold look, or for a more classic bride opt for the traditional Akoya pearl.
