Posh Bridal Couture celebrates its first year in Wayzata with a fabulous sale and goodies brides won’t want to miss.

The One Year Wayzata Anniversary Sale kicks off on at 10 a.m. on July 12 with champagne, cake, and sales. With every purchase, brides can choose an envelope that has a surprise inside. These envelopes can contain discounts ranging from 10 percent to 50 percent off free accessories or a free veil. Some lucky brides could even walk away with a Watermark Stationery invitation package and a one-night hotel stay for two with room service.

Posh owner Marie Suchy says the party will be festive with all her favorite vendors, and Suchy’s picks for bridal musts.The week-long sale will continue through July 19.

Suchy says she is “pleasantly surprised” with the success of the Wayzata store in its first year. The store has attracted different clients from out of state, out of the country, and Lake Minnetonka area.

Suchy “absolutely adores” her location and has gotten a great response from local brides.

She says clients can look forward to Posh expanding its line in the coming year and continued dedicated customer service. “We try to do one group at a time,” Suchy says. “Brides love having the store to themselves.”

Suchy says clients are attracted to the personal experience and one-on-one attention. Dresses range from $500-$10,000, and Suchy has negotiated exclusive contracts with designers who she knows personally. Designers will even sign the inside of a dresses, and the gowns are treated like pieces of art.

Posh also has a bridal studio Minneapolis where a sale will run this week. Suchy hopes to see more collaboration between the two stores and encourages clients in town to make the drive to Wayzata for this event.
